The meat is cooked at low temperature so that it is tender and juicy. Please enjoy it with the chef's special sauce that suits each ingredient.

Eligibility
- Those who can walk on slopes and bamboo bushes.
- Elementary school students and older.
A wild vegetable gathering expert will teach you how to find and gather wild vegetables, even if you are a beginner.
Depending on the season, we will take you to a point where you can find various wild vegetables such as gyoja garlic, udo (udo), bamboo shoots, and so on.
Even if you don't catch any, we will prepare a small souvenir such as pickled gyoja garlic in soy sauce.
